I WILL NOT put any Sites Pornographic in Nature on the Turtle Hits Site. If in doubt of the 'acceptability' of a site I will contact the Administrators Prior to setting it up. I also understand that doing so may result in my Membership with Turtle Hits being terminated without warning which will result in the loss of any and all credits I may have accumulated.

I also understand that the speed of all Traffic Sites can be effected by the number of sites in the Database. Should my account show a negative balance and no activity for a period of more than 6 months, the administrators will assume I have abandoned my account and remove it keep the active member surfing at the best possible speed.

Keep in mind that if a website or an action by a member is generally not allowed at other traffic exchanges, then it will not be allowed here either. Many members of traffic exchanges are highly inconvenienced when websites open with sound or video playing. These sites are also not allowed at Turtle Hits. However if there is a button to be clicked to start either playing, then the site will be permitted. Also those phony live operator popups are no longer permitted.

Any account showing a negative balance or no activity for a period of 3 months is assumed to be abandoned. Such accounts may be deleted, or have their credits removed, at the discretion of the administration. Inactive member accounts may also forfeit their free upgrade at the discretion of the administration. Monthly credits will not accumulate on inactive accounts, regardless of membership level.
